Physical closeness is a pretty good one, as in having characters who like each other sit closer or be closer to one another.

I can't think of an specific examples, though.

Natasha and Clint from The Avengers, where they just sit shoulder to shoulder after having had to whale on each other.

The scene in the credits where Natasha and Clint are sitting at the table, exhausted, and Clint tiredly has his feet up on Natasha's chair and she isn't paying him any mind, when you know by her character that she'd side-eye absolutely anyone else who tried to rest their dirty boots anywhere near her. That was a great little moment, for me.

I'd just like to add - also take into account the character's personalities when writing this. (eg. I'm really close to my family, but I'm not cuddly-feely and I hardly ever hug them. That's just the way we are.)
