I've seen a couple of times in Supernatural where the boys will look at a threat, realize who should be doing what, and trade weapons--without ever looking at or consulting each other, they just know each other so well.

Eating off each other's plates. (this is more of a big deal in Western tv I think) Knowing that someone doesn't like this food, or that your friend loves this dessert you only kind of like, or anyone else would get sworn at but because it's character X it's ok. (I feel like John and Rodney do this sometimes on SGA? OR maybe that's just fanfic, lol)

Caring about the other person's appearance. Straightening a tie without thinking about it, "That shirt looks good on you", "You hair is sticking up--no, the other side--no--oh for Pete's sake, just come here."

One of my absolute favourite moments on the original CSI was Catherine fixing Grissom's bowtie with "You don't need a diagram, you need a woman."

Your second one is one of my favorite bits in Two Weeks Notice. George and Lucy go to a restaurant and both order the same thing, then automatically proceeed to trade bits of it while talking about something else.

I love that kind of stuff (especially when they're talking about something else like they aren't even doing it)! More so if they order two different things and trade the stuff they like. Especially if one character is putting the stuff they don't like on the other's plate, and the other is just eating it like "Thanks".
