This. I'm bi myself but I really don't give a fuck what her sexuality is or isn't, I'm just happy she didn't get shoehorned into a romance plot. If we're going to have a bi/gay character, I want one where their sexuality is actually a part of their character in canon, because otherwise it really doesn't matter at all. You can read any character who doesn't have a canon love interest as bi or gay if you want to - let's get some where them not being straight is something that's explicitly stated rather than just headcanoned.
