I hate tags. I almost wish they were removed (not really, they're very nice for warning and so on). I feel a huge amount of pity for the tag wranglers.

You don't need to! I for one enjoy wrangling, and the tag peeves I have are really not the ones readers tend to.

What are your tag peeves, and/or a lot of wranglers' tag peeves? It's been a while since I've posted to AO3 and I'm going to be posting a lot of stuff there, soon, so I'd like to know how best to tag my stuff.

Honestly, every wrangler is different, so you'll get different answers depending on who you ask, but with me? Really, my peeve list pretty much begins and ends with tagging things in the wrong fields. No, your pairing isn't a fandom. No, your pairing really doesn't need to be a fandom in six different iterations.

Tumblr-style tags in the freeforms? Either they're an easy syn or an easy ignore. Those I really don't mind at all.
