What other well-known fictional sisters can you think of who're roughly the same age and aren't villains? There's probably a horribly written fic about Lilo and her sister somewhere in the bowels of adultfanfiction.net, but they were too different in maturity levels to ship as equals.

I can see it, but it would probably have a different aspect to it than Elsanna, since Buffy views Dawn as someone who's vulnerable and should be protected.
