From my vague recollections, I believe it is an episode about how the crew was being deprived of sleep? So they started hallucinating. That moment was so creepy because it was so unexpected and so quick - one second Crusher is the scientist and doctor, analytical and focused and the next, the corpses were sitting up. I loved that moment because she made herself stop hallucinating by saying "it's not real, it's not real", all the while with that deer-in-the-headlights look in her eyes.

And then they were just corpses again.
