There's a brand called Alter Eco - all organic, all fair trade. They have flavoured dark chocolate bars - I personally love the mint the best, but I also love the popped quinoa and orange. They're all around 60%, and have the flavour with them to distract from the darker chocolate.

I wouldn't recommend their Blackout (85%) until you get really used to dark chocolate ;)
