That is horrible. I'm sorry you're going through that. When someone who willingly wronged and hurt another person takes on the attitude that it is ~in the past~, implying that yet again they expect control and if they're over it their victims are being unreasonable, without even attempting to apologize or make amends it is infuriating enough. I can't imagine what it must be like when the act of injury took someone you loved from you. I'm really sorry and I wish I knew what to say. *hugs*

People are fucking idiots, and especially double murdering* fuckers with no remorse.

You don't have to say anything, I just needed to vent a bit, I will be okay in the end, I always am.

*and so on my cousin was 11 she did not deserve what he did to her especially everything on top of him killing her, nor did the poor 18 year old girl he killed 15ish years before that.

He pulled that shit twice and still has the huevos to say he wants to "lay this ~matter~ to rest"?!? The only approaching acceptable context for that is if he is trying to say he is suicidal.

Oh yes, yes he did. I don't think he ever said he regretted it.... In the statement after the original trial in 03 he just said that he couldn't control himself or the situation and that he did not know why he did it...

The matter was laid to rest, until he pulled this shit, he even waited 6ish months to apply so we thought we might not have to go through it just yet...

So he doesn't understand and cannot control his actions and wishes everyone would just get over it. What a shitty human being. :(
