I think the problem a lot of us have with Anita is she just collected a shitton of cash for her "research" that really didn't feel warranted. She made some good point, but I still see her as a bit of a scam artists.

Bit nothing. She asked for money to

Get and play the games

and

Upgrade her equipment

She used the exact same everything for months after she'd have gotten the money (maybe longer, I stopped watching even clips) and more importantly DIDN'T PLAY THE GAMES.

If you lie and say you'll use the money for a thing and then you don't do that thing, you have run a scam.

You know, I might go so far as to say Cassandra Claire is LESS of a scam artist, because she at least actually bought the laptop she said she was going to buy.
