You know, I think there are theaters that just sort of become "that theater where grown-ups watch kids movies". We have a local one that, I shit you not, had a completely packed room for Up, and I counted at most two children. Good place to be, it's just a shame it doesn't tend to pick up much kids movies.

Nope, just this regular little theater that happens to be in the heart of hipster town where many people just don't have kids yet.
