That's absurd. You'll probably get more germs from adults sitting in those seats. Does adult ass germs not bother you?

OMG, I'm not a germophobe. Can you honestly not see how people would be disgusted by the thought of urine or feces getting on that seat? A cinema is NOT the venue to change a baby, especially since most have perfectly fine changing tables in the ladies' restrooms.

It's why they install changing stalls in bathrooms. So IN CASE SOMETHING UNFORSEEN does happen and baby diarrhea gets everywhere, it's not in a place that can't be bleached and wiped off.
