I don't know this particular fandom, but, are there really that few (other) Jewish fans? That surprises me. Also, I must point out that Judaism is very, very varied and flexible. Ask an Orthodox Jew, a Conservative Jew, a Reform Jew, a Reconstructionist Jew, etc. to describe their religion and you'll get very different responses. Belief in God is actually optional for many, as long as you live a moral life. Mysticism and Kabbalah? Just a fringe, really. Although the taboo around tattoos is pretty constant.

As a Jew, I do get a bit annoyed with 1) the frequent unspoken assumption that everyone is Christian; 2) the token insertion of Channukah as Christmas equivalent (Channukah is a very minor holiday which has just gotten inflated because of proximity to Christmas). Mostly I avoid reading fanfics during December because of this. Not a big deal.

If anyone needs it, I'd be happy to advise FWIW.
