I hate people who are jerks to people in general. Especially to customer service people, or people that are clearly trying their best/following policies that they didn't create/etc.

But yeah, when people can't direct their anger at the rightful source, and instead direct it at innocent bystanders/friends/family, I just don't get it. I understand being in a bad mood, but it boggles my mind how you could be an asshole to someone completely unrelated to whatever's put you in a bad mood.
