when i did customer service sometimes i answered the phone like cecil. we also had phone game days where we got extra points for working disney references into our calls. i definitely won, but no one understood. jesus wept

My two favorite calls in customer service were the time I answered the phone for J Michael Straczynski, and the time I asked a customer from Alameda if he knew where the the Nuclear Wessles were.
