I stared at this girl's eyes for a while and I still can't understand what the OP is talking about. Her eyes look fine to me.

She looks a bit cross eyed (the other eye looks ahead when the other is turning inward).

I don't get it either and don't see the big deal even if she is slightly cross-eyed or whatever. I've never noticed anything off about her acting or appearance... She's a cutie.

The eyelid to our left looks fuller which hides part of her inner eye corner and sort of makes them look uneven but only if you look really closely for a long time?
