No seriously though, some people have attention deficit problems, and you personally have no idea if that's the case. You assume it's intentional, but it might not be.

Indeed. It only renders them incapable of paying attention in certain circumstances.

Reading comprehension is also something that's spared in most ADHD, unlike what seems to be going on here.
