I get what you mean! I don't either criticize people because I am annoyed at them as persons, only because they do something that I don't think is the best way of doing it. When the project/meeting/whatever finishes I am done with it.

I usually advance to leader positions pretty fast, I am Class President, used to be leader in the volunteer thing I did (and also the youngest person there) and people tend to automatically trust me, which came in handy when I worked as a Phone salesperson. I never go after leader positions on purpose, and I think I will prefer to be in middle management over anything else, I don't want to be on the top of the ladder, mostly in case something bad happens.
