If it's at all possible, I'd try to engineer it so I didn't have to deal with this person anymore. If you have no choice... my condolences. When people get to be adults, fixing assholishness becomes damn near impossible.

I don't agree with the "but but but attention deficit disorder!!!" comment. Being ADHD doesn't mean you never listen to anyone, though it might mean you have difficulty concentrating and focusing. At any rate, it's irrelevant. Having ADHD doesn't excuse this person being a dick who refuses to address the poor behavior when it's brought up to them.
