Were you transcribing what you heard? I can't hear it very clearly either, but my best guess for the grammar to make sense would be

Et in luce perpetua (and in perpetual light)
Deus domine (dominus?)
Et in pace aeterna (and in eternal peace)
Deus domine (dominus?)

'Deus dominus' would be 'God is Lord' (third person), while 'Deus domine' would be something like 'O Lord God' (addressing god). I think I'm hearing domine, but I'm not 100% sure.

I got the lyrics online - they're in the liner notes of the album, so i can assume they're accurate as far as that goes, but not *that* accurate.
