I guess...I was just a weird context. It was from this American (I think) girl asking for directions in Bruges. I'm not from here myself, but sort of pointed her in the right direction and she thanked me and added that she liked my eyebrows. It was just..weird. I have relatively prominent unplucked eyebrows, my first thought was that maybe it's less common in the US, or that she thought I was making some sort of statement.

I actually do have pretty prominent eyebrows, though I'd like to think I'm less stern-looking than that.
