There was a fanfic where (Victorian) Sherlock Holmes got transported to the future to a modern London sex toy shop and explored the whole place, tried out all the toys without knowing wtf they were, then shoved an iPod up his ass, then got transported back to his own time and Watson had to get the iPod out.

To be fair, it was a kinkmeme fill.
