All my favorites I want to be more popular are all pretty much British historical dramas no one's heard of. I know there's never going to be a fandom for Wish Me Luck because it aired around the time I was born (1989) and I don't know if it ever even aired on US tv. Basically imagine Bomb Girls and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (the miniseries) had a baby who took names and kicked ass all over occupied France. It's primarily about women, there's a ton of femmeslash potential (especially the first season), and it's really suspenseful. If this were made today, it would have a fandom for sure.

Old British shows would be hard to bring back (unless there are hot guys in it).

Richard E. Grant as Withnail in Withnail and I! If you like dark comedies, I highly recommend it. Paul McGann is the "and I" half (his character is never named onscreen, although the script calls him Marwood), so it's the Eighth Doctor and AU Ninth Doctor going on a weekend getaway to the countryside and things get more strange from there.
