Well, first, I'd like to see your statistics regarding rape in medieval worlds; I see no reason why the Freys would have chosen to rape her first. They could have, sure, but they also could have wanted everyone dead as fast as possible. I don't see it as more likely. Sansa's virginity is being guarded for a specific reason on the part of Littlefinger and Joffrey seems to have a really weird relationship with sex, having possibly molested Tommen and his primary sexual outlet with Sansa being tearing her clothes off as she's beaten.

I might not be remembering something about Arya, but you do have a point there.
