The transformers fandom has a surprising number of ways to sexualize robots, like programming them to be a sex slave or to go into heat. The weirdest fic that I could stand to read had two combiner teams have sex, and then one of them realized he was pregnant. The fic then detailed exactly how a robotic pregnancy would work. (Which, well, um, it is sci-fi so...?)
