Re: Spoilers for Due South

The original ending had Fraser, Thatcher and Turnbull all in Canada, and it was implied that Thatcher had gone there to pursue a romantic relationshp with Fraser (which is how I thought "COTW" was leaning - Fraser going off with RayK was a surprise, and so was RayV going to Florida with Stella).
In the original ending, both Rays were in Chicago and were being friendly to each other. I am also a RayV fan, and not a F/K fan, so I wish Paul
Gross had stuck to filming the original ending - because then Fraser wouldn't choose Kowalski over RayV. I don't exactly think of RayV as a romantic partner for Fraser, but Fraser still chose going off with Kowalski over choosing to spend time with his friend RayV, and it hurt for me to see that. I thought Fraser was being a very bad friend to RayV. I also thought Paul Gross didn't know anything about Fraser, because it was OOC for Fraser to ignore RayV and go off with Kowalski. Paul Gross should have stuck to acting. His on "COTW" writing stinks.
