The show had just wrapped up when I got into Transformers Animated (and Transformers in general.) I was breezing through my friend's copy of The Allspark Almanac and she was getting me into the show. I instantly liked Prowl and she had to keep herself from grinning in front of me because of what happened to him at the end.

Needless to say, I am grateful she didn't spoil because I was devastated when he died. But ya know, I actually think it's really fitting that out of the main five bots, he'd be the one to sacrifice his life. It's thematically appropriate and totally fits with his character development. So I'm bummed, but not enough because wow, what an awesome end to his personal arc.

That said, I'm still a bit bummed there will never be a Season 4. Ahh well, at least the Complete Series is finally coming in DVD. In Widescreen. Like they originally intended. So excited. :D
