Everyone has already said Melissa McCall but she's so fabulous she deserves to be mentioned again. So, keep on being a perfect person Melissa.

Uh... Why is this so difficult?! I'm just realizing how few mom's there are in the stuff I watch and read and it's kind of sad...

she's the best, isn't she? I was thinking through all the things I like and it's like in so many Disney movies (or Stiles' Mom) - they're just not there :(

Yea, it's a bit startling actually. There seems to be more dads than moms, and even then a lot of the tv shows and movies I love feature adults and we never see parents at all. (Or at least not long enough to leave a standing impression, or say, "This person had a great relationship with their kid.")

I DID forget Spock's mother Amanda, who was pretty awesome even if she didn't have a lot of screentime. So there's that...
