here's the recipe (I use it so much I have it memorized)

2/3 C butter (softened)
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp milk
2 C flour

I microwave the butter for 15-30 seconds, then beat the butter and sugar together. Then add the baking powder. Beat some more. Add egg, vanilla, and milk. Beat some more. Add flour in bit by bit and beat until you can't, then stir.

Since I microwave it, I always let it set in the fridge for a bit. Today, it will sit overnight. Bake at 375 for 6 minutes, give or take a minute.

I will frost them with powdered sugar icing.

this is a recipe for roll out cookies. Don't use too much flour on your surface and make sure the dough is chilled (I usually split it into parts when rolling to keep some chilled)
