I started that thing...yikes, almost a quarter decade ago! I was a bit more well-known in the fandom back then, but had also developed a reputation so I decided to go anon...best decision ever, honestly. :) Considering it's practically gen and I can't publicize it in any capacity due to anon, it's gotten surprisingly popular. I'm thinking about de-anoning soon, though, because while I know I have a right to stay anon and all, I'm starting to feel like a liar by staying anon, and yet sometimes talking about the fic when I'm not-anon (I try to stay neutral, but even just talking about it makes me feel skeevy...meh).
