Not really. I've read some that were more about the politics and world building which is admittedly rare but nevertheless exists. Maybe I'm just a bit defensive because a/b/o is one of my favorite things, but I like it more cause I'm an AU nut and it's an interesting take on a lot of fandoms. It's almost like those Sentinel and Guide fics, except more emphasis on sexual dynamics.

In general, I'm just a sucker for any flavor of the soulmate trope. Like the one with the name/tattoo of your soulmate written on your skin or the whole fulfilled legend or the reincarnation gig. Love 'em all.
