A lot of Jotun Loki artworks I have seen (excluding ones where he stays in his Asgardian form 99% of the time), changes his outfits to different more complementary colors.

I wonder if that'd be out of character for Loki? Unless set in an AU where he'd accepted his Jotun heritage, anyway. Because the green-and-gold seemed to be his personal signature, and worked well with the Asgardian form he'd grown up in, so it would probably be more in character for him to stubbornly stick to that colour scheme and his physical form be damned. The colours he wears are a personal choice, while the colour of his skin as a Jotun was to an extent forced on him against his will late in life. I wouldn't be surprised if he prioritised the green-and-gold over the blue-and-red for as long as he still nursed an internal hatred for his heritage.

I'm wondering if they will ever address, in the movies, how Loki feels about his 2 forms.

I'll be honest and admit that I want to see Asgardian!Loki for purely superficial reasons (TH as a smurf doesn't look sexy to me), but I also thing that a film writer should at least, in the future, address this issue. At least in passing... once... something.

Well, I doubt (sticking with MCU) Loki would EVER except his Jotun form. Maybe bust it out every now and again in fights but I can't see him just walking around in that form for no reason. So I doubt the color clashing would come up.

An AU Loki raised in Jotunheim (or one who accepted his nature) would most likely color coordinate. Loki seems to be very vain about his appearance.
