Currently playing Solitaire, Starbound, Reuss, and getting through Baldur's Gate 1 (modded)

Looking forward to, well the RE4 release on Steam, cause I don't have a working version of it anymore and I want to play it with mouse controls (plus looking forward to playing as Ada again, <3 her so much in that game).

Actual new release I'm looking forward to is The Elder Scrolls Online, even though about 95% of all talk about it is how its going to be a terrible game and that no one should bother playing it, which is dampening my mood/interest in it.

Yeah, don't get TESO. Don't even touch it, don't look at it. If you pretend it's not there, it'll go away. It has to, because it's one of Zenimax's worst business decisions in years.

To start off, they've gone for the samey, brownish slurry approach. The graphics are brown, the characters are bland and all look the same, there's no color to anything and everything is dull and lifeless. This is not a good method of attracting players, because most MMOs tend to be very colourful and vibrant.

The combat is a poor ripoff of Guild Wars 2's system shoved into a Skyrim-like wrapper and it does not work.

If you're an Elder Scrolls fan, then you're going to be exceptionally disappointed with what they've done to the lore and backstory -- which is a shame, and a bit ironic considering how much care they took with the Fallout lore and backstory after they bought the IP, yet TES has always been Bethesda's original IP and they're running it into the ground.

The $15/mo subscription is a death warrant for the game as well. The subscription model is dead -- and has been dead for a couple years now. If they honestly think they're going to emulate the success WoW had they're out of their fucking heads. Do they really think people are willing to first shell out the big bucks for the box price, then the monthly subscription, and THEN the cash shop? I'd get better results charging people money to watch me slam my dick in a freezer door.

tl;dr don't waste your money or your time.
