I have gaming needs, please help? I just love talking about games because I have no one to talk about it IRL... everyone side-eyes me if I do. I'm most curious about the upcoming wave... one I noticed is Watch Dog (I think that's the name) and another one is Phantom Pain. I'm stuck playing Fallout lately, feeling nostalgic.

Aah, I'm playing Fallout 3 right now too. I never got around to buying Vegas, it it any good?

Anyway, I'm playing Fallout for the FIRST time, I'm so late. That game is scary with how much you can do with it, jesus. Now I have Dogmeat and Charon as companions, and I'm considering trying the others.

Oh, and I have super evil karma... I'm starting to think possibly I'm playing it wrong and missing out on a lot of stuff this way.

I'm playing Victoria II and I'm trying to form Germany as Austria and it is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING because there's a million German minors to try and add to your sphere and it's like herding cats and you also have to try and beat up Prussia all the time and then just when you've kicked Prussia's butt sufficiently and you're getting a handle on the minors then suddenly Bavaria becomes a Great Power which means it's not in your sphere anymore and it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING I DON'T KNOW IF I'VE GOTTEN THAT ACROSS YET

I'm playing Crusader Kings II and this game is a drug. I'm a duke in Norway and I'm just trying to make it to 1438 or whenever it ends.

I am playing The Walking Dead Season One. It was on sale during Christmas so I bought in. On chapter three now. Afterwards I will probably play Papers, Please (occasionally) and either Bioshock or Penumbra.

I'm currently playing Hacx, which was a commercial mod for Doom 2 (like, you needed Doom 2 to run it.) It came out the year after Quake and was rushed out the door, and because of that was a huge flop -- but several of the developers have gone on to be quite famous, Iikka Keranen especially. It was released for free a while back and then updated to work in modern source ports like GZDoom (which is what I'm using.)

It's pretty fun. It's got a slightly unfinished feel to it, but the gameplay is solid without feeling too much like Doom (the chaingun has been replaced with an SMG that chews through ammo like you wouldn't believe, and the SSG replacement actually reloads faster than Doom's original shotgun!)

I have plans to get back into Skyrim, replay GTA San Andreas, and of course Heretic and Hexen are coming up too.

Currently playing Solitaire, Starbound, Reuss, and getting through Baldur's Gate 1 (modded)

Looking forward to, well the RE4 release on Steam, cause I don't have a working version of it anymore and I want to play it with mouse controls (plus looking forward to playing as Ada again, <3 her so much in that game).

Actual new release I'm looking forward to is The Elder Scrolls Online, even though about 95% of all talk about it is how its going to be a terrible game and that no one should bother playing it, which is dampening my mood/interest in it.

I haven't had much time to game lately but I'm still on Skyrim. I reached level 52 and finished the majority of my miscellaneous quests. Still have a ton of other quests but the list is smaller than it was. Maybe I'll actually continue on with the main storyline after I complete a few more of these. (Anyone want to suggest which DLC to play first, or when to play the DLC?)

I also started a new game+ for The Last Of Us but have only played a little bit; still, the game is even more enjoyable this way because I AM A GOD, NOTHING CAN HURT ME.

Oh, and that Leviathan: The Last Day of the Decade secret convinced me to try the game, so I'm on the third episode. Unfortunately the episodes are short as hell and there's no telling when the other two will be released so a part of me almost regrets buying, but I have enjoyed them so far and love the graphics and the setting and storyline. And the main characters best friend is the best; I want to hug him (and like OP, romance him, but I'm pretty sure that will never be an option).

I'm mostly looking forward to Watch Dogs, and Phantom Pain, and Thief. The Wolf Among Us looks interesting but I hope it'll sell well and maybe eventually be released on disc like The Walking Dead game. (I haven't read Fables but intend to at some point, so I'd like to do that first anyway.)

I'm sure I'll buy the Final Fantasy X/X-2 remaster and the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX too, although maybe not at launch. We'll see.

I'm waiting for Phantom Pain as well ;; Because I love the story and want to see how it continues.

I wish I had a newer console so I could get as hyped as other people about upcoming games. I've been wanting to play The Last of Us, Red Dead Redemption and the Fallout, Bioshock and AC series; they all seem to be right up my alley. But I only own a PS2 and my laptop is not powerful enough to run games on it. It's really sad 8(

I'm working my way through Pokemon Y (I was late to the 3D Pokeymans train) and...that's mostly it right now. I picked up Bravely Default, but I haven't been able to pull myself away from Pokemon to play it yet. I've also been playing lots of DoDonPachi Saidaioujou, but it's a shoot-em-up...there's not much to say about that genre, besides 'gdi everything is hard.'

There are a bunch of other games I should at least TRY to play through, but I'm the sort of person who obsessively plays one or two games for months at a time, rather than trying to complete many games in an orderly manner. x_x

I'm looking forward to Wildstar! It's the only MMO I've wanted to play. Still leery about the subscription aspect, but hopefully I'd be able to make enough ingame cash each month (in my on and off playing) to get the subscriptions "free"

I just hit 300 hours on my Pokemon X file. Ahem. I'm looking forward to the latest Professor Layton game at the end of this month! Those games just get better and better. I think this is the last game that will be about Professor Layton though, and that makes me really sad - but those games always broke my heart anyway so maybe I'll finally have some peace.

I finally bought the Witcher 2, and while I don't expect to enjoy it as much as Dragon Age, I'm on too much of an RPG kick to keep ignoring one with so many recommendations and that's going so cheap, even if I can't customize the PC. I can only replay DA: Origins so many times before DA: Inquisition drops. And I'm back to bulling my way through DmC: Devil May Cry. At least it's really nice to look at, even if the endless platforming is starting to give me a nervous tic.

Just finished replaying Baldur's Gate 2 with a shit ton of mods (oh Xan romance mod I will never play without you. Also mod that lets me stack items I love you). At the moment I'm playing Link Between World and Harvest Moon Tale of Two Towns (friend bought it while we on vacation and decided she didn't like it - she likes Rune Factor mechanics more).

I'm playing several things right now that I quite like but nothing you haven't heard of, and nothing particularly new, at the moment.

I'm on a bit of a Valve kick - just beat Portal 2 a few weeks ago (and spent a few days basically obsessed with fanon!Wheatley after that, he's my new crush, oops) and started Half-Life the other day, and I like it but the mechanics are frustrating. Especially with the ladders. Looking forward to getting through it so I can play HL2. I started DAO about a month ago, but it's on hold right now because Valve. (I was going to get back to it after beating Portal 2. again, oops.)

Basically I came to a lot of these games late. |D

Also been getting into Mass Effect 3 multiplayer with some friends. I'm very, very rusty but it's fun to get better at it and refresh my skills with that game. (If anyone else is also rusty and wants to play together on Origin, please hit me up!)

I just started the first Mass Effect game, and I'm really enjoying it so far. My Shepard is a beautiful and tastefully-scarred Vanguard war hero named Jane. She is a paragon of virtue and a firm believer in the power of diplomacy, which she hopes to get the hang of one day.

I also just finished transferring all of my Pokemon from previous gens (seriously, a good many of them came from a Sapphire game I started in '03) onto X, and have been doing a lot of breeding and wonder trading. I like to infect rare 'mons with Pokerus and give them out on WT. I'm about to take a break from Pokemon to start on Bravely Default, though.

I'm really looking forward to Mario Kart 8 and the Final Fantasy X/X-2 remix.

I've been playing Final Fantasy XIV for like five months. My friends and I FINALLY got around to doing the game's hardest dungeon (Binding Coil of Bahamut), and we've been doing endgame stuff and helping other friends through the main story at the same time. I have two jobs (dragoon and warrior) and two crafting classes (blacksmith and leatherworker) and I can't stop playing haaaaalp.

I've been meaning to get Bravely Default myself. Otherwise, I want a PS4 for Thief, Infamous, Ground Zeroes and all the things. I recently got Ys: Memories of Celceta, Dissidia 2, and Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection so my Vita is getting more use than my 3DS atm.

I also wish I was more excited for Titanfall.

Trying to finish off my Pokemon X dex (I've been transferring stuff over from my older games), and slowly chipping away at my Y Nuzlocke (just finished the Big Plotty Part with no casualties, aww yeah!). And I'm going to get back to Wind Waker soon - I got it, then Pokemon came out, then A Link Between Worlds came out, then I went on vacation...

Main game I'm looking forward to is Smash Bros, and Battle Trozei (in a month) looks cute. Also, Hyrule Warriors, but I have no idea when that's supposed to come out.

I found out today that the third Zero Escape game has been put on hold indefinitely, so I'm just going to crawl under a blanket and sob for awhile. But Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney is coming out in six weeks, so there's that!

I've been doing an Ace Attorney replay as well. I just started the last case of Apollo Justice and don't think I'm going to replay Dual Destinies just yet, as I've already played it twice in the less than four months it's been out, so the timing should match up nicely with when the last Professor Layton game comes out in two weeks.

Sorta a bit into WoW. Off and on into Old Republic. Slowly working my way through Skyrim. Finding myself pleasantly amused by Dungeon Siege III.

About the only game I'm looking forward to picking up sight unseen is Transistor.

I have no nextgen. I have no job. I have maybe £10 of dole left at the end of every month when I've finished paying my bills, but I AM going to get that game.

I'm thinking either I go on the rob, I pull a Sarkeesian and get a kickstarter, or I sell one of my livers on the black market.
