I finally bought the Witcher 2, and while I don't expect to enjoy it as much as Dragon Age, I'm on too much of an RPG kick to keep ignoring one with so many recommendations and that's going so cheap, even if I can't customize the PC. I can only replay DA: Origins so many times before DA: Inquisition drops. And I'm back to bulling my way through DmC: Devil May Cry. At least it's really nice to look at, even if the endless platforming is starting to give me a nervous tic.

There's something about the Witcher that I can't stand. I can't decide if it's the misogyny or the general slavish devotion to the so-called "golden age" of RPGs where a bunch of shitty RPGs came out that neckbeards today worship.

Those are exactly the reasons why I waited this long to get it. But for $4, I figure it couldn't be any worse than other games I've taken chances on and uninstalled a few hours later.
