Sybil, Cheery, Polly, Susan, Nanny, Tiffany and the Lady, from Discworld. Probably Nanny first, though, because she's both badass and hilarious.
Helen, Ashley and Kate, from Sanctuary.
Barbara, Selina, Lois, and Leslie Thompkins, from DC Comics (plus the DCAU versions of Shayera Hol and Amanda Waller).
Root, Joss and Zoe, from Person of Interest.
Servalan, Cally, Jenna and Dayna, from Blake's 7. Servalan wins, though, because took over the galaxy. TWICE.
Uhura, Kes, Jadzia, Kira, Tasha and Seven, from various Treks.
Eowyn, from Lord of the Rings. She was my first of so many things.
Mary Morstan/Watson, particularly in the Downey movieverse. From canon, Violet, Irene, Theresa.
Lydia Asher, from Those Who Hunt The Night. Because running through a vampire/triad compound while going "Damn those gangsters for taking my glasses!" will endear a character to me in no time flat.
Evie Carnahan/O'Connell, from the Mummy trilogy. I can quote significant portions of the first movie from memory, but 'Patience is a virtue!' is always a favourite.
Molly Grue, from The Last Unicorn. Also Sarah from The Labyrinth.
Wednesday Addams, from the Addams Family.
Pretty much all the female cast of Once Upon A Time, but special mention goes to Mulan, Cora, Granny and Emma.
Victoria Winslow, from RED, on the grounds of Helen Mirren in an evening dress and combat boots with a machine gun.
Barbara, Ace, Jo, Tegan, Romana I and the Rani, from Doctor Who (the Rani gets extra points for having kneed the Master in the balls that one time).
Mulan as my Disney heroine of choice, because I have a massive love for her combination of dutiful daughter/honourable soldier/sneaky-ass strategist.
Candy Quackenbush, from Abarat, because she's not insane yet and given that world that is one hell of an achievement.
Esther, from New Tricks, because that woman has the patience of a goddamn saint.
Almost the entire female cast of Black Lagoon, but special mention goes to Balalaika and Yolanda, on the grounds of sheer, unmitigated badassery.
Sakura, from Cardcaptor Sakura, because kid!me wanted to be her.
Natarle Badgiruel, from Gundam Seed, because she hit every last one of my 'tragic loyal soldier' buttons right on the nose.
Constance Hardbroom, from the TV adaptation of The Worst Witch. Because ... I don't know? I like 'em stern and mean and occasionally honourable?
... Somebody tell me when I should stop?
