I can totes get behind this.

The old Birds of Prey was pretty great, because it had Oracle in it, and Oracle is basically the best.

Anything having to do with Batwoman and/or the Renee Montoya Question is great--background reading can be found in the series 52, but Batwoman had a slightly rearranged origin in Greg Rucka's run, which I highly recommend. I believe the TPB is titled "Batwoman: Elegy."

The old Power Girl series by Palmiotti, Gray, and Connor was fun. A lot of people don't like Power Girl because of the boob window issue, but PG herself is a great character and I hate that people miss out on her for such a trivial thing.

Madame Xanadu isn't exactly a superhero--she's one of DC's mystics--but she's still one of my favorites. She recently(ish) had a Vertigo series to herself.

I mentioned Greg Rucka earlier, and I'll go on further to recommend pretty much any female-centered story he's written. He's good at characters and keeping a story well-paced and engaging.

And if you're a fan of magical girl series, there's a good Italian comic series called W.I.T.C.H. I'd actually recommend the TV series adaptation over the comic, because it was more fine-tuned and focused, but the comic's still pretty good (until you get to the part where they're teaching magical children in a magic bus, which is just puzzling, but the rest is okay).
