Bilbo wakes up seventy-nine (approximately) years into the past and decides he is going to try do things different.
Pairings: Bilbo Baggins/Thorin Oakenshield and Fíli/Kíli
Compared to other Hobbit Peggy Sue fics, this one has a lovely thread of humour to it that I feel most of this type either lose partway through or don't have to begin with.

Another time-travel fi-it (Peggy Sue) fic, only this time it's Thorin sent back to fix things.
Pairings: Bilbo Baggins/Thorin Oakenshield, Fíli/Kíli, Dwalin/Nori
I love how this one has Thorin going over all the things he did wrong the first time and actively trying to do better, like soothing Bilbo's feelings about having his home invaded (also dumping the blame for that squarely on Gandalf's shoulders) and not actively resisting going to Rivendell, instead wanting to do it on his terms, not Gandalf's, and actually being polite to Elrond and giving him sensible arguments as to why the Company is going on the quest.
