I really don't quite understand how guys go around with a column of flesh and a couple sensitive balls of stuff in a hairy skin bag dangling around between their legs all day. He said he has to adjust it "often" but not "terribly often." Couldn't give an exact number, really. But he said that it has partially to do with the type of underwear he's wearing. He has to adjust less when he's wearing boxers than when he's wearing jockeys (he doesn't wear briefs, but I'm guessing that since they're the most restrictive, they would probably require the most amount of adjustment).

He also says he's very, very rarely pinched, twisted, or crushed his junk.

"Every now and then. It's kinda trained to just sit in one spot but I have to adjust it if it gets sweaty."

Depends on how I sit and stuff, but I'd say about maybe once an hour, never really thought about it before. I also wear briefs, so that may be helping in not needing to adjust that often, since its loose enough to move around and...tight? enough so I know where everything is at all times. Usually just need to pull on my briefs through my pants and it adjust itself to comfortable again.
