Depends on how I sit and stuff, but I'd say about maybe once an hour, never really thought about it before. I also wear briefs, so that may be helping in not needing to adjust that often, since its loose enough to move around and...tight? enough so I know where everything is at all times. Usually just need to pull on my briefs through my pants and it adjust itself to comfortable again. Also you'd need to have to basically use the force of a kick to the balls in order to crush them, so most men, that I know, don't really worry about it (you were probably joking but just wanted to bring it up).
