People complaining about the use of the word: propose a new one instead. Because I can't find one that includes cross-dressers boys AND boys that look like girls not because they try to but because they were born with a feminine appearance.

That could work for boys who look like girls (and I'm not so sure because androgynous means that looks like both genders, not exactly the same) but not for the ones crossdressing. And then we would need to find a word for reverse traps.

There's bifauxen for more androgynous woman, but I don't think there's anything for women who look like men.
