Re: [TRIGGER WARNING] Need advice...
If you have access to a psychiatrist, I suggest you see someone about this. Intrusive and unwanted thoughts are often symptoms of a larger issue, which could be the case here. Keep in mind that we need to make appointment to take care of our mental health just the same as we would for our physical health, and this is one of those instances where it's better to go get a checkup than to leave it alone and hope it goes away on its own.
