It's the second time I hear this. And to think I've always thought of it as unremarkable until recently.

It was a circus lion, btw, not an actual wild one.

Sounds potentially harmful to the lion's back, to be honest. The circus was giving kids "lion" rides? It's awesome for the kids, but I am very skeptical of this circus.

Yeah, I thought so too. And I'm not so sure if it was that good for the kids either. No matter how nice it appears, a lion is not a pet and there's a good reason for it.
