(Anonymous) 2014-02-23 10:25 pm (UTC)(link)Actually, it does bug me that say people who are just one year above the age limit who have sex with boy/girlfriend who is just under the age limit and get charged with statutory rape are in the same category with others on the sex offender list. That really isn't the same thing as say someone who is four or five years older and/or in a position of authority and taking advantage of the underage person.
