Re: General Complaints Thread

I wish it was normal to like being single. I'm getting strangers asking if I have a boyfriend and my friend's waiting for me to lose my virginity because I'm the last one in the group to do so. I don't know a way to say 'please stop' without sounding incredibly bitter.

I agree with you anon.

Why the hell do other people care, anyway? What business is it of theirs what I do with my private parts? And from complete strangers, that's just rude.

"losing your virginity" isn't a video-game. what the hell.

It's like people make sex and relationships out to be this holy grail of life experiences, when they're really not. It's just a thing that happens that the majority of the population does, and it's not as amazing as the movies.

I don't think there's wrong with people being curious if you have a boyfriend.

But people who rag on you for not having a boyfriend need to back off. It's your life, and just because you choose not to go down the same path of romance as other people in your life doesn't mean you aren't normal. You just know what you like, and at this point, that just happens to be not having a boyfriend.
