Depends largely on the people involved, how they met, and what they're getting from the relationship. Yeah, I think chickenhawks (of either gender) tend to be creepy. So are relationships where there's a power imbalance (professor/student supervisor/employee).

However, hooking up for an explicit one-nighter or age differences among people who know each other through religious, social, volunteer, or professional communities? Not so creepy.
