Maybe? It is too much responsibility to organize for me, but I would definitely participate! We used to have the "ask a question about another nationality" threads before, but those stopped.

We have professional rally drivers* and other car related sports, but not Formula 1 which is what I follow.

*At least one of which used to be quite good.

But none of us are saying our healthcare is better... We are just mentioning the differences, which is natural on a website where we aren't all American. I just don't get why explaining a difference could be taking as someone saying something is better...

and I am guilty in starting a discussion in how medicine is prescribed differently in different parts of the world, but at no point in time did I say that my countries way is better, heck at one point I criticised it...
