Unless you really want to invest years of training in a martial art, I wouldn't suggest doing anything. On the outside it sounds like a good idea, but ultimately you're not going to be any more prepared for aggression or conflict resolution than you would have been before the class.

At best, you might learn to recognize when it's a good time to run away. At worst, you'll decide not to run away from something when you really should have.
