Re: Recommendations for WoW?
And if you ever do that server, stay out of the My Last Trick guild. It's an Alliance guild with a GM who demands you do shit for him cause he's a lazy fucker. Forces you to group with him without telling you why and when you question him and don't get an abbreviation (i'm still new to some of the abbreviations myself and and have been playing a year now), he kicks you out and ignores you.
Otherwise...just have fun and don't let the dungeon groups get to you too much. Some tanks are dicks, some of the DPSers are dicks, but either leave the instance and wait for cool down and try again or just hussle through.
Also, if you see a group of Horde/Alliance people killing NPcs in an area who are "??" higher in lvl than you, just leave and come back a few hours later. They like to camp out, bastards.
edit: If you like hunters and the like, then definitely choose that class. You get a pet!!
the caster classes are all fun and you usually get some kind of pet. Mages can get elementals, Shamans have totems/elementals, Warlocks get demons/void walkers/etc, Death Knights get ghouls. They're fun. But try what you're used to first (archers/hunters) then branch out once you get the lay of the land.
