(Though I will always associate 'California Girls' for the time I'd gotten pulled over for speeding 10-odd over the limit, b/c I was singing along to it and not paying too much attention to the road. There was no one else on the street at the time, fwiw, but I still felt horrible, lmao)

(Anonymous) 2014-02-28 01:18 am (UTC)(link)I got pulled over while listening to either Wide Awake or Part of Me (I was freaked out at the time as it was like my second ticket in a year so I don't fully recall which. Yeah. Long story. Sudden life changes left me with less time and longer commutes. Fun times. Though I will admit I ended up developing a LOT of sympathy for speeders during that long year.)
