Holy shit that's horrible I am so sorry for your sister.

Was it a mistake or was it a miscommunication or what? I mean emotionally this is just really really awful, but I hope it wasn't some really fucked up 'mistake' on the dentists and they actually had a reason for this.

My mom called and asked. The dentist said he needed to do it for the partial dentures (valplast). I know nothing about dentistry so I don't know if it is true.

Regardless, it would have been nice to be informed about that.

When she becomes more aware I will ask her! Right now I am just avoiding her when she asks why it feels like they took all her teeth.

That seems like something you could sue for. Or at the very least refuse to pay for or file a complaint.

I hope your sister is okay. I would not be okay if I were her. I freak out about teeth/mouth stuff anyway, and something like this would mess me up.
